2022 Employee of the Year

Utilitra has awarded it's 2022 Employee of the Year. The employee of the year was chosen from a pool of employees who had received Employee of the Month, a program that was started in March of 2022. Congratulations to Chad Potthast!

Chad Potthast was selected as Employee of the Month in July with several nominations. Since Chad has come on board in Fleet, he has grown the parts dept and has made getting parts his number 1 priority. Through his constant efforts to improve the Parts Department, his responsiveness, and his great attitude, Chad has proven to live up to Utilitra’s core values of Family, Spirit of Joy, Superb Customer Service, Quality, and Listening!

When asked about the award and what it meant to him to work for Utilitra, Chad said "I am grateful to work for such a wonderful company like Utilitra! When going to work, it's almost like going home to family. While working at Utilitra, I've met a lot of great coworkers who are very knowledgeable in their departments! As years go on here at UtilitraI hope to provide my best service to my fellow coworkers and their departments!"
